The homes that we manage have been selected according to the criteria of location, quality and equipment, and all of them are registered, with their corresponding registration number, in the Department of Tourism of the Basque Government, ensuring thus compliance with the Law 13/2016, 28 July, of Tourism.
We also offer visitors all the information they need about the city and its surroundings, about the services that they may require as well as about all those interesting aspects that will make of their stay an unforgettable experience.
At Basquenjoy Hondarribia, we welcome the guests directly in the house or in the vicinity, and we personally take them to the property. We inform them about the particular characteristics of the house and its surroundings, and we are also glad to answer to all the questions or doubts that they may have.
Of course, we will be at your disposal throughout all your stay in order to solve any need that may arise during that period.
